Local Beef Processing Plant is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will also work in the Retail Store as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Track employee hours and prepare payroll information.
- Log and monitor orders; flag issues or delays.
- Update and maintain tasks in a project management system (ClickUp).
- Perform general administrative and clerical support.
- Focus on accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
- Not a management or decision-making role.
- Requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Cover Retail Store as needed to include POS, inventory management, and restocking.
