Job Details:

Pay Range: $18-$24/hour (based on experience).
Hours: Monday-Friday, dayshift (variable hours).
Location: Grand Bay, AL.

Requirements:

Previous butcher or meat processing experience.
Willingness to learn and assist in multiple plant areas.
Ability to work in a cold environment (42°F).
Steel-toe boots are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Process meat products: removing bones, preparing cuts.
Operate industrial cutters, slicers, and manual cutting tools.
Inspect meat according to federal and health department standards.
Prepare specialty meat items per customer specifications.
Coordinate withe th packaging supervisor.
Maintain equipment and storage area temperatures.
