Construction Laborer – Civil Site Work Charleston, SC| $19–$21/hr | Full-Time + Benefits

We’re hiring Construction Laborers to join our sitework team! Permanent, full-time role with great pay and benefits after 30 days.

What You’ll Do:

Raking, shoveling, and general site work labor.
On the job paid training for civil construction.
Assist your crew and foreman on projects.
Opportunities to run equipment (loader) or assist with pipe laying for higher pay.

What We Need:

Reliable transportation.
Willingness to work outside in all weather.
Team-player attitude.

What We Offer:

$19-$21/hr to start (based on experience).
