Pay: $25-$30/hr depending on skillset, 10-15 hrs OT per week average, production bonuses.
Hours: Normal hours are M-F, 7 am-5 pm
Must-Have Fine Grade Operator Duties:
- Fine grade with a bulldozer to grade house and building pads, roads, and ponds.
- Fine grade with a motor grader is a huge plus but not required.
- Familiar with using GPS but capable of doing the job without GPS.
- Proficient in shooting and figuring grades.
- Fine grade with a track hoe
- Must have reliable transportation to get to various job sites within Charleston and the surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week.
