About the Job
A locally owned Construction Company in the Beaufort, SC, area is expanding!
We are seeking an Experienced Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of underground utilities, water and sewer work, and storm drain, grading math, and managing a crew.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and front loader trucks to excavate and backfill trenches.
- Work on construction sites to install storm drainpipe and be well versed in trench safety.
- Operate pipe lasers to ensure proper alignment during installation.
- Assist in concrete forming for sewer structures.
- Utilize bulldozers for site preparation and grading.
- Plumb sewer lines to ensure proper flow and functionality.
Skills:
- Proficiency in trackhoe operation and pushing a crew.
- Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety measures.
- Competence in heavy equipment operation, including bulldozers.
- Familiarity with concrete forming for sewer structures.
- Ability to work on pipeline installations and repairs.
- Skill in using pipe lasers for accurate alignment.
