About the Job
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team at a busy pallet recycling plant. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:

- Sort, repair, and stack wooden pallets.
- Load and unload pallets from trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist with general plant operations as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- No prior experience necessary; training provided.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $10/hr.
