The Regional Driver Position:
- Position: Regional Class A CDL Flatbed Driver (Company W2)
- Freight: Primarily flatbed, 50% drop & hook / 50% live load–unload.
- Typical Weekly Miles: 2,500–3,000
- Home Time: Guaranteed home every weekend,
- Terminals/Primary Lanes: Southeast and surrounding regional markets.
What You’ll Earn:
- Average weekly pay: around $1,300–$1,500, with a guaranteed weekly minimum for regional drivers.
- New drivers can earn $80,000+ in their first year with performance-based pay schedules.
- Mileage pay that increases with tenure and experience, plus safety and performance incentives.
- Additional pay for short-haul loads under 100 miles, detention, and layover when applicable.

Equipment & Comfort:
- Mostly Automatic Transmissions.
- Trucks equipped with refrigerators, satellite radio, APUs, and no driver-facing cameras.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 24 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (flatbed training available for the right driver).
- Generally clean MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
- Strong safety record and professional attitude.
- Willingness to handle tarping (more frequent in winter than in summer).
