- You have at least 3-5 years of experience laying storm drain, water, and sewer with a track hoe
- Have a working knowledge of how to use a pipe laser and a grade rod
- Would like to grow from a lead Operator role to a Foreman
- Desire to learn to read blueprints and perform grading calculations- experience with either is a plus but not required
- Having reliable transportation is crucial because your office moves when you complete a project
